Terms and Conditions – PoekaWoeka

1. General

   These terms apply to all orders placed through the PoekaWoeka webshop. Deviating terms from the customer are not valid unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Payment

   Orders arepaid immediately upon placing the ordervia the available payment methods in the webshop (Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, etc.).

3. Delivery

   PoekaWoeka aims to dispatch orders in a timely manner. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external circumstances such as busy periods with parcel services.

4. Stock

   All products are subject to availability. Once a product is out of stock, it cannot be ordered through the webshop.

5. Returns & exchanges

   You have the right to return a productwithin 14 daysof receipt, provided it is unopened and in its original condition. The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise. Always contact us viainfo@poekawoeka.beto register a return.

6. Complaints

   Any complaints about received products must bereported within 8 daysof delivery viainfo@poekawoeka.be. We will then contact you to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual property

   All images, texts, logos and content on the webshop are the property of PoekaWoeka or are used with permission. It isnot permittedto copy or use them commercially without permission.

8. Applicable law

   Belgian lawapplies to all orders and contracts made through this webshop. Any disputes fall under the competent courts of Belgium van toepassing. Eventuele geschillen vallen onder de bevoegde rechtbanken van België
